About the role
- Lead growth of Henry Schein Products revenue, profitability, and market share at the center level in designated territory.
- Partner with Field Sales Consultants (FSC), Regional General Managers (RGM), DSO Team Members, & Clinical Sales Management to drive HS Products into single-site and multi-site accounts.
- Conduct product demonstrations, both in-person and virtually, in support of HSP category growth in private practice and DSOs.
- Develop selling materials, launch programs and plans that address needs within DSO accounts across HSP portfolio.
- Utilize CRM, analytics, and reporting platforms to document, analyze, plan, and coordinate activities to grow HSP revenue.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of increasing responsibility in terms of dental industry experience specifically in sales or clinical support.
- Bachelor’s Degree or global equivalent in related discipline; Master’s degree or global equivalent a plus.
- May hold one or more industry certifications; professional certification may be required to advance.
- Travel typically around 80%.
