About the role

  • Manage USDG contract management database in partnership with the contract teams and complete analysis of contracts, chargebacks, rejections, eligibility requirements and sales to find increased profit opportunities\n
  • Strategically review, monitor, support, and conduct pricing analysis and ensure pricing is reflective of obligations\n
  • Provide ongoing support related to pricing for specialty markets and update pricing as needed\n
  • Routinely, conduct sales plan analysis\n
  • Monitor pricing is reflective of agreement obligations\n
  • Reviews marketing adjustments and maintenance\n
  • Resolve pricing discrepancies and other complex operational issues\n
  • Partners with internal teams to provide tools for business leaders and sales teams to help manage margin and pricing\n
  • Manage new customer onboardings, ensuring clear communication and efficient completion of required tasks by internal and external stakeholders\n
  • In collaboration with leadership, plans and executes tailored onboarding strategies aligned to customer needs\n
  • Provide necessary data and all operational support during new customer integrations\n
  • Responsible for eProcurement activities for the USDG teams and customers and represents Henry Schein’s eProcurement capabilities in sales meetings, discussions and customer reviews\n
  • Provides ongoing support and training for internal and external stakeholders on eProcurement tools\n
  • Coordinate with internal teams to monitor and review product restrictions and access for specialty markets\n
  • Partners with leadership and appropriate business units to evaluate, enhance and implement process improvement initiatives, workflows, and SOPs\n
  • Supports performance against operational goals and develops reporting and auditing processes to analyze operational efficiencies including but not limited to, use of small order fees, freight, expedited freight, handling fees, etc.\n
  • Participates in special projects and performs other duties as required

Requirements

  • Sales operations experience\n
  • Experience in reporting and analyzing data\n
  • Knowledge of pricing, sales plans, and contracts\n
  • Negotiation experience\n
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills\n
  • Strong analytical skills\n
  • Must be very detail oriented\n
  • Able to prioritize multiple tasks\n
  • Proven Customer Service Skills\n
  • Typically 2 to 4 years of related professional experience\n
  • Bachelor's Degree or global equivalent (preferred)
