About the role
- Responsible for the overall health and increasing retention of Patient Engage accounts
- Onboard customers by managing account creation and coordinating software installs
- Train customers on the product and ensure product adoption/usage
- Monitor customer health scores and product utilization to prevent attrition
- Develop and maintain relationships with business owners through regular reviews and assessments
- Handle escalated customer issues with professionalism
- Share best practices with the Customer Success team
Requirements
- Typically 2 to 4 years of related professional experience
- Intermediate level professional; developing knowledge within own discipline
- Basic understanding of industry practices
- General proficiency with tools, systems, and procedures
- Basic planning/organizational skills and techniques
- Good decision making, analysis and problem solving skills
- Basic presentation and public speaking skills
