About the role
- Support Operations and Customer Support teams
- Manage warehouse tickets and check goods received against invoices
- Upload products on Shopify and maintain accurate product and inventory data
- Issue purchase orders and send to suppliers based on demand
- Confirm receipt of POs and chase suppliers for acknowledgments, updates, and delivery confirmations
- Monitor and track shipments to ensure stock arrives on time and in correct quantities
- Reconcile deliveries against orders and close purchase orders promptly in the system
- Resolve order discrepancies, delivery delays, and other procurement-related issues
- Maintain accurate records of PO statuses and supplier communications and report progress to internal stakeholders
Requirements
- Passion for health & wellbeing
- Keen attention to detail; analytically minded; exceptional organisational skills
- Highly proficient in written and spoken English
- Ability to draft professional emails and communicate clearly with suppliers and internal teams
- Confidence working remotely with a quiet home setup and stable internet; able to manage workload without constant supervision
- Experience working with international suppliers (preferred)
- Ability to manage tasks across multiple time zones (preferred)
- Intermediate knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets (preferred)
- Proactive attitude and problem-solving mindset (preferred)
