Be a key contributor to evolving our existing Brand and Visual Design Systems across various surfaces to support our growing Headspace Brand.
Simplify abstract concepts and complex ideas into visually stunning and playful designs
Work collaboratively with different stakeholders and teams to craft strategic brand experiences
Provide strong and thoughtful design ideation for B2B and D2C functions, partnering closely with our Lead Brand Designer and Creative Directors as well as Marketing, Product, Content, and Engineering teams. You will bring creative direction to life across these various channels and briefs, working with strategic planners.
Collaborate well with the illustrators and animators on the team, providing art direction and references, as well as learning from them
Exercise equally strong conceptual and execution skills, with a keen eye for effective typography, iconography, color, layout, art direction, and meaning. Those skills will be translated within the context of the Headspace brand to create intuitive, accessible, and compelling work.
Ideate strong concepts informed by research insights and design strategy, collaborating with senior team members to refine direction.
Present your ideas and collaborate with teammates to drive alignment with stakeholders.
Challenge and inform briefs with your own design and brand perspective and insights
You love feedback and encourage all creative work to be reviewed and discussed leading up to delivery, and are interested in the results afterwards. You are always looking for opportunities to fine-tune the work to deliver on objectives.
You know your print specs from your digital specs and you’ll be able to design anything from digital banner rectangles to full-scale integrated campaign ooh placements.
Requirements
A portfolio that showcases strong brand design storytelling across different mediums
A strong sense of composition, color, and type
Ability to think conceptually and translate ideas into strong visual narratives
Comfortable leading creative projects or working autonomously when needed
Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
Interest in researching and experimenting with new AI tools and workflows
