Account Executive

• Du gewinnst neue Industrie- und Gewerbekunden für unsere Lösungen im Bereich Industriewasser, Abwasserbehandlung und Entsorgung und betreust den bestehenden Kundenstamm; dabei berätst du zu wasserwirtschaftlichen und abfalltechnischen Fragestellungen.
• Du analysierst Kundenprozesse (z. B. Prozesswasser, Abwasserströme), bewertest Stoffströme und entwickelst passende Lösungen – von der Aufbereitung über Kreislaufführung bis zur Entsorgung.
• Du erstellst Kalkulationen sowie Angebote und bringst technische Lösungen wirtschaftlich sauber auf den Punkt; Markt- und Wettbewerbsanalysen gehören ebenfalls zu deinem Aufgabengebiet.
• Du verhandelst eigenverantwortlich Verträge, führst Preis- und Vertragsverhandlungen und schließt Verträge mit Neu- und Bestandskunden ab.
• Du begleitest Projekte und Großaufträge, koordinierst interne Schnittstellen (Technik, Betrieb, Logistik) und stellst eine reibungslose Umsetzung sicher.
• Du pflegst Kundendaten und Dokumentationen und stellst sicher, dass alle abfall- und wasserrechtlichen Vorschriften sowie Qualitätsrichtlinien eingehalten werden.
• Du beobachtest den Markt, erkennst Trends im Bereich Industriewasser und Kreislaufwirtschaft und repräsentierst das Unternehmen auf Fachmessen.

Account Manager

• Responsibility for sales and margin development in the sales territory
• Expand market share in target channels
• Secure new listings and strategically develop existing key accounts
• Identify and open up new business opportunities and sales channels
• Develop and implement sales strategies in line with company strategy
• Conduct price and contract negotiations at decision‑maker level
• Plan and execute marketing and sales activities
• Continuous competitive analysis and implementation of appropriate measures

Key Account Manager, Southern Germany & Austria

Engineer

• Technical leadership & orchestration
• Own the complete mechatronic system architecture
• Coordinate external engineers (mechanical, electronics) and internal junior engineers
• Ensure mechanics, electronics and firmware work together seamlessly
• Make technical decisions and stand behind them
• Mechanics & design (hands‑on)
• Redesign core mechanics: kinematics, linear guides, drive system using 48V
• Optimize gearbox layouts, reduce backlash and tolerance stacks
• Develop hygienically optimized, dishwasher‑safe assemblies (food contact)
• Reduce footprint and validate internal packaging/layout
• Mechanical reliability testing (>1,000 cycles)
• Electronics & sensors (orchestration)
• Manage redesign of the position detection system (magnetic, optical or mechanical)
• Coordinate PCB adoption and development of add‑on boards (motor control / 48V)
• Guide integration of a camera‑based detection system with cloud analysis
• Design for Manufacturing (DfM) for small‑batch production (3D printing / vacuum casting)
• Collaborate with external manufacturing partners
• Support certification efforts (CE, EMC) and material evaluation
• In the long term, contribute to other products and projects as well

Concept Engineer Mechatronics

• You acquire new industrial and commercial customers for our solutions in the field of industrial water, wastewater treatment and disposal, and manage the existing customer base; advising on water-management and waste-technical matters.
• You analyze customer processes (e.g., process water, wastewater streams), evaluate material streams and develop appropriate solutions — from treatment and recycling to disposal.
• You prepare cost calculations and quotations, and present technical solutions with clear economic justification; market and competitor analyses are also part of your responsibilities.
• You negotiate contracts independently, conduct price and contract negotiations and conclude agreements with new and existing customers.
• You support projects and major contracts, coordinate internal interfaces (engineering, operations, logistics) and ensure smooth implementation.
• You maintain customer data and documentation and ensure that all waste- and water-related legal requirements as well as quality guidelines are complied with.
• You monitor the market, identify trends in industrial water and the circular economy and represent the company at trade fairs.

Customer Support

• Handle customer inquiries — including chatbot interactions — with a focus on written communication
• Analyze technical issues using logs and customer data
• Document recurring error patterns and collaborate closely with the internal development team
• Working hours align with German business hours, but the position is fully location-independent
