Sales Representative, Waste Management
Heads4SolutionSales representative acquiring new industrial and commercial clients for waste recovery solutions. Responsibilities include customer care, evaluating inquiries and streams, contract negotiations, and market observations.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- You acquire new industrial and commercial customers for our recovery solutions and manage the existing customer base; you advise on all waste-management-related topics.
- You assess customer inquiries and material streams, determine appropriate disposal routes, and prepare cost calculations and quotations; market and competitor analyses are also part of your responsibilities.
- You negotiate contracts independently, conduct price and contract negotiations, and conclude agreements with new and existing customers.
- You support projects and large orders and coordinate with dispatch/operations.
- You maintain customer data and documentation and ensure compliance with all waste regulatory requirements and quality guidelines.
- You monitor the market, maintain contacts with partners, and represent the company at trade fairs.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Successfully completed degree or vocational training in waste/water management, process engineering, chemistry, or a comparable commercial or technical qualification.
- Experience in sales of disposal, recycling, or environmental services as well as project support; ideally also experience in related fields such as water and wastewater technology, treatment of liquid wastes, or industrial environmental technology.
- Solid understanding of waste management and circular economy principles as well as knowledge of waste legislation; ability to assess material compositions.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Independent, structured working style, team player, and confident use of MS Office applications.
- Experience in determining dry solids concentration (e.g. CTS) and with related analytical methods is a plus.
- Very good German skills and conversational English.
- Valid driver's license (Class B) and willingness to travel.
