Mid Market Sales Manager

Account Manager

• Design and implement change management programs at strategic customer accounts, utilizing legal and AI subject matter expertise to address adoption challenges and drive organizational transformation.
• Manage relationships with strategy consulting partners who support Harvey clients on legal AI transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment on methodologies, deliverables, and client outcomes.
• Define the change management playbook and best practices based on insights from customer implementations, partner engagements, and your legal industry experience.
• Partner closely with Customer Success, Sales, Solution Engineering, and Product teams to identify change management needs and ensure seamless execution across the customer lifecycle.
• Stand up new consulting partner programs and enablement initiatives, including partner training on Harvey's platform, joint go-to-market strategies, and co-delivery models.
• Track and measure the effectiveness of change management interventions and partner engagements, driving continuous improvement and scaling successful approaches.
• Identify gaps in change management strategy and partner ecosystem, developing solutions that accelerate client value realization and deepen strategic relationships.

Partner Manager, Consulting Partnerships

• Ensure partners are enabled on the latest Harvey product roadmap and functionality, utilizing legal subject matter expertise to find creative solutions to partner problems.
• Help define the strategic partnerships roadmap, with input from our customer base, partners, and your legal experience.
• Stand up and/or deepen new partnerships initiatives, such as our law school student ambassador program and supporting faculty embeds in their courses, in close collaboration with the partnerships team.
• Coordinate across Harvey teams including Sales, Solution Engineering, Enablement, Operations, Customer Success, and Marketing to ensure partner needs are met and internal alignment is maintained.
• Identify and solve gaps in partnership strategy and execution, with input from our customer base, partners, and your legal experience.

Partner Manager, Legal Partnerships

Brand Designer

• Develop and maintain the core assets that bring Harvey’s brand to life. Templates, guidelines, libraries, and tools that scale across the company.
• Concept, design, and produce materials for customer stories, product launches, out-of-home, and global marketing campaigns.
• Design and evolve Harvey’s website, blog, and other digital surfaces where our brand shows up.
• Create visual systems and assets for presentations, social, and thought leadership, ensuring consistency, clarity, and impact.
• Design event collateral, signage, and physical touchpoints that extend the Harvey identity into real-world spaces.
• Work closely with marketing, product design, engineering, and leadership to align brand and business goals.
• Uphold a high bar for design rigor. Giving and receiving feedback to ensure every output meets Harvey’s standards.

Senior Brand Designer

Engineering Manager

• Lead and grow a team of world-class engineers working on document ingestion, understanding, and retrieval.
• Define and execute a long-term technical roadmap for our document processing systems that aligns with Harvey’s product vision and the needs of our customers.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Infrastructure, and Applied AI teams to design robust systems that bridge cutting-edge research and production readiness.
• Stay hands-on: unblock engineers, participate in architecture reviews, and dive into code when needed.

Engineering Manager, Doc Processing

Systems Engineer

• Own the Integration Platform: Lead the selection, architecture, and implementation of our enterprise iPaaS solutions, guiding the organization's growth into using these tools as we scale.
• Build Critical Data Pipelines: Design and develop complex integrations between key business systems (Salesforce, CPQ, NetSuite, Workday, Marketo) to support automation in Lead-to-Cash, Order Management, and Employee Lifecycle processes.
• Engineer Custom Workflows: Build custom application workflows and reverse ETL pipelines that sync data across our stack, ensuring our GTM, Finance, and other teams have trusted data where they work.
• Establish Standards: Define and enforce best practices for API integration, error handling, logging, and monitoring to ensure 99.9% reliability of our business-critical data flows.
• Partner Cross-Functionally: Collaborate closely with Finance Systems, GTM Systems, and People Ops stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Lead & Mentor: Act as a technical lead for the integration domain, mentoring junior engineers and contractor resources as the team expands.
