• Design, build, and continuously improve scalable compliance programs spanning trade sanctions, export controls (e.g., EAR, OFAC, ITAR), anti-bribery and anti-corruption (e.g., FCPA), KYC/KYB, government contracting, employee conflicts of interest, and other key regulatory areas, including developing risk-based due diligence processes, screening protocols, and ongoing monitoring procedures.
• Serve as a subject matter expert and strategic advisor to cross-functional business teams on compliance risks associated with global business activities, commercial expansion, and new products.
• Conduct enterprise-wide compliance risk assessments and audits to identify, evaluate, and mitigate compliance risks, and translate findings into actionable remediation plans.
• Draft, maintain, and operationalize compliance-related policies, procedures, and internal controls across multiple jurisdictions, and develop and deliver training programs and communications strategies to foster a strong culture of compliance.
• Support the review and negotiation of compliance-related provisions in commercial and vendor contracts, complete associated compliance questionnaires and certifications, and identify opportunities to streamline and standardize contracting and diligence processes to improve efficiency.
• Monitor and analyze changes in the global regulatory landscape — including U.S. and non-U.S. sanctions regimes, anti-corruption laws, and other applicable frameworks — and oversee regulatory outreach, customer-facing compliance communications, and responses to third-party due diligence questionnaires and vendor compliance certifications.

Lead Compliance Counsel

• Partner with Sales and Marketing to design and improve top-of-funnel systems, including lead sourcing, enrichment, scoring, and routing.
• Build and maintain enrichment workflows using Clay and multiple data providers (ZoomInfo, Cognism, Apollo, Clearbit, etc.) to power outbound and inbound pipeline.

Staff Product Manager – Agent Platform

Business Development Rep

• Define and execute Harvey's cloud and AI alliance strategy, ensuring alignment with company-wide product and growth priorities
• Own the executive-level relationships with key cloud providers (AWS, Microsoft) and AI labs; serve as the primary point of contact for joint planning and escalation

• Serve as a subject matter expert for end-to-end payroll operations
• Support the accurate and timely processing of semi-monthly, bi-weekly and off-cycle payrolls, such as sales compensation, bonus and termination payrolls
• Review and reconcile payroll data including earnings, deductions, tax withholdings, and garnishments
• Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local payroll tax regulations
• Maintain payroll records and documentation in accordance with company policy and regulatory requirements

• Configure and maintain Workday Time Off & Absence plans across multiple countries, including accrual rules, carryover policies, balance limits, proration, and termination payouts — ensuring compliance with local statutory requirements.
• Build and manage Time Tracking configurations in Workday, including work schedules, time entry templates, approval workflows, and overtime/validation rules for global locations.
• Support Payroll configuration and integrations, including US Payroll within Workday and Global Payroll Connect (GPC) integrations with third-party payroll providers.
