About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Partner closely with security leadership to understand team structure and role requirements

Requirements
What you’ll need- 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- At least 3–4 years focused on security roles (AppSec, infrastructure security, detection and response, GRC, or security engineering)
- Deep familiarity with the security talent market
- Proven track record closing security hires at a fast-growing tech or AI company
- Strong ability to build trusted relationships with technical hiring managers
- Comfort working in ambiguity and building process from scratch
- Low ego, high ownership
- Fluency in data and metrics
- Genuine curiosity about the security space
