About the role

  • Learn by doing: partner with senior analysts and stakeholders to understand how business requirements are identified, documented, and translated into solutions
  • Support reviews of current processes and contribute ideas for streamlining workflows and enhancing productivity
  • Contribute to creating and maintaining business artifacts such as requirements documents, process maps, and user stories
  • Assist with analyzing data and preparing recommendations that highlight opportunities for improvement
  • Participate actively in project meetings—capture notes, follow up on action items, and ensure progress is communicated clearly
  • Support testing and validation activities to confirm solutions meet business needs
  • Help prepare presentations, dashboards, and status updates to share insights and outcomes with stakeholders
  • Develop proficiency in industry-standard tools and methods (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, BABOK, Excel) through hands-on experience

Requirements

  • Candidates who are available to work in a full-time capacity in 2026 or 2027 are eligible (rising seniors, recent graduates, master’s students, or entry level candidates with up to two years of work experience)
  • Available to work 21 hours per week across 3 or 4 days, from February 9 to April 17, 2026
  • Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States

  • 0–2 years of experience in business analysis, project coordination, or a related field (internships, academic projects, or relevant coursework welcome)
  • Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and curiosity for how processes work
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; confidence engaging diverse teams and stakeholders
  • Proactive learner who thrives in collaborative environments and motivated to take on new challenges
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); exposure to tools like JIRA or Confluence is a plus
  • A passion for books is highly valued
