Learn by doing: partner with senior analysts and stakeholders to understand how business requirements are identified, documented, and translated into solutions
Support reviews of current processes and contribute ideas for streamlining workflows and enhancing productivity
Contribute to creating and maintaining business artifacts such as requirements documents, process maps, and user stories
Assist with analyzing data and preparing recommendations that highlight opportunities for improvement
Participate actively in project meetings—capture notes, follow up on action items, and ensure progress is communicated clearly
Support testing and validation activities to confirm solutions meet business needs
Help prepare presentations, dashboards, and status updates to share insights and outcomes with stakeholders
Develop proficiency in industry-standard tools and methods (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, BABOK, Excel) through hands-on experience
Requirements
Candidates who are available to work in a full-time capacity in 2026 or 2027 are eligible (rising seniors, recent graduates, master’s students, or entry level candidates with up to two years of work experience)
Available to work 21 hours per week across 3 or 4 days, from February 9 to April 17, 2026

0–2 years of experience in business analysis, project coordination, or a related field (internships, academic projects, or relevant coursework welcome)
Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and curiosity for how processes work
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; confidence engaging diverse teams and stakeholders
Proactive learner who thrives in collaborative environments and motivated to take on new challenges
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); exposure to tools like JIRA or Confluence is a plus
