About the role

  • Collaborate with a world-class team across AI, robotics, machine learning, controls, computer vision, simulation, design, and automated testing
  • Technical Program Manager on Infotainment/HMI leading a cross-functional team including hardware, software, vehicle integration, user experience, product, and program management
  • Lead execution and implementation of multiple systems and functions including A2B/audio, displays, rider authentication, and cabin monitoring
  • Develop project schedules to meet company milestones and align and track the team to checkpoints, gates, and milestones
  • Identify and raise awareness of risks and clearly communicate ongoing progress
  • Act as the end-to-end owner for this system of products and drive cross-functional topics to conclusion
  • Work with team and department leads to translate milestones into detailed product roadmaps, timelines, and deliverables
  • Define deliverables, establish standard reports for stakeholders, resolve or escalate issues, and support key decisions
  • Maintain the team’s focus by minimizing distractions and identifying and mitigating hurdles

Requirements

  • Passion for electric, autonomous mobility
  • BS or MS degree in an engineering or equivalent experience
  • 8+ years of experience in leading engineering teams and/or program management
  • Hands-on experience with project management/reporting tools (i.e., SmartSheet, JIRA, Confluence)
  • Strong track record in managing complex, cross-functional hardware projects
  • Ability to communicate clearly, lead by influence, and build strong relationships with team members and leadership
  • Bonus: Experience in highly regulated industries (automotive, aerospace, etc.)
  • Bonus: Hands-on experience in both hardware & software development projects
  • Bonus: Experience in leading projects from concept to production
