About the role
- Support the recruitment strategy and develop understanding of business and employer brand
- Conduct professional outreach and headhunting via LinkedIn
- Qualify applications by screening CVs and profiles
- Promote job openings across social media platforms
- Communicate feedback to candidates
- Maintain and update Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Provide general administrative support to recruitment team
Requirements
- Up to 12 months of experience in a resourcing or recruitment support role OR eager to launch career in recruitment
- Demonstrate excellent time management and ability to respond quickly in a competitive market
- Adept at prioritising and managing multiple tasks, strong organisational and communication abilities
- Willing to learn about business model, departments, and practice areas
- Confidently source candidates using LinkedIn
- Possess solid Microsoft 365 and general administrative skills
- Bring enthusiasm and professionalism to team
