About the role
- Lead the implementation and management of key research programs
- Develop systems, supports budgeting, mentors staff, and serves as a liaison across departments and partner institutions
- Contribute to the Resources and Services Module and advance research through collaboration and program support
- Develop, implement, manage, and maintain operational systems and activities
- Serve as a liaison with all levels of the organization and outside the community
- Manage multiple priorities and projects with competing deadlines
- Serve as a coach and mentor for other positions in the department
- Review and monitor adherence to Human Resources policies and corporate compliance procedures
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or related field and 5 years of related experience OR Master’s Degree and 4 years of experience
- Strong presentation, communication and training skills
- Preferred: Healthcare settings
