Provide analytical support and oversee market operations
Translate strategic vision into operations and build operational infrastructure to support market growth and efficiency
Manage multi-million-dollar P&L (~$5M of revenue)
Maintain understanding of daily operations, policies and procedures; identify roadblocks and process gaps; ensure roster adherence to workflow changes
Solicit and problem solve issues faced by clinical and administrative teams
Drive reporting on operational performance and care management metrics; review KPIs, analysis, and present results
Translate metrics into actionable operational recommendations; partner with others to execute findings
Create metrics for data-driven mentoring/feedback to staff
Collaborate with local and shared services colleagues to plan and execute initiatives to improve clinical delivery model and provider schedule management
Serve as engagement champion to grow total census under management; oversee scheduling tactics and community relationships
Act as day-to-day project manager on key market initiatives; manage timelines and coordinate cross-functional teams
Support launch of new clients including patient and provider outreach, geographic analysis and coordination
Lead a team responsible for administrative functioning of a market, including Executive visit prep, vendor coordination, PTO and payroll systems, on-call schedule, facilities, supplies, calendar management
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business or related field or 3+ years of administrative management experience in health care, preferably in a managed care/value-based care setting
Experience managing multi-million-dollar P&L (~$5M of revenue)
Familiarity with valued-based arrangements, including shared savings and risk
Experience managing a team and driving collaboration across teams
Analytic, decisive with the ability to prioritize and communicate objectives and tactics necessary to achieve organizational goals
