• Validate and enter data into databases and systems
• Follow up on files and update related client information
• Supply requested information accurately and promptly
• Provide outstanding service to clients in both French and English
• Forward mail and prepare courier shipments
• Issue invoices and record payments
• Ensure deadlines, policies, and standards are met when fulfilling client orders
• Adhere to best practices, including confidentiality and quality reviews
• Identify opportunities for operational efficiency and process improvement
