Customer Support

• You’ll use data from the collars to replay events and figure out exactly what happened.
• You’ll be monitoring how that’s going, using data to track progress and reaching out to farmers to offer support, insights, or advice as needed.
• You’ll start by walking the collar around like a cow (seriously), then dive into the data to make sure everything’s working as expected as we roll it out to the wider fleet.
• You’ll spend most of your days on the R&D farm near Morrinsville.
• You’ll head up to our HQ in Auckland to work closely with our support and onboarding teams, making sure our farmers get the best support possible.
• Sometimes you’ll be out on customers’ farms, hands-on, helping them directly.

Virtual Fencing Support Specialist

• You will own the retention, renewals and expansion targets of Halter’s existing revenue in the region.
• Ensure farmers are extracting full value from Halter to achieve their goals and ultimately understand the impact it’s having on their farming business.
• Responsible for renewing customer agreements and expanding the revenue of existing Halter customers, by adding value in every interaction to drive on-farm goals and performance.

• Own the Australian marketing strategy and budget end to end, setting the vision and the plan to take Halter from early-market entry to category leadership and one of our largest revenue markets.
• Build content that compounds: SEO-driven farmer resources, owned channels, and organic social that establishes Halter as the trusted voice in Australian cattle and dairy, not just a paid acquisition function.
• This sits at the heart of our territory manager regional model. You'll partner with sales leadership to decide which field days, expos, and farmer gatherings actually move pipeline in AU, and how they connect directly into the territory manager's patch and pipeline, not run as a separate marketing calendar.
• Build a library of Australian farmer stories and results that do double duty: acquisition proof points for new farmers, and expansion/retention proof points for existing ones.
• Work with the Performance Marketing function running paid channels in-region with a sharp eye on CAC and pipeline contribution, not just reach or impressions.
• Support and drive the enterprise/larger-account pipeline in AU specifically, where the buying committee, proof requirements, and sales cycle look different from owner-operator farms.
• Own and report on pipeline, CAC, brand awareness and the complete revenue picture of Australia. Marketing is one of the most critical levers that sits right across the funnel, so ownership of each metric from acquisition through to NDR.
