HR Administrative Specialist – Part-time 20–25 hrs/week

Product Marketing

• Co-responsible for product marketing of the cat and dog product groups in the EMEA region
• Support in managing and overseeing the entire launch process of new products in close coordination with Global Brand Management, Marketing, Supply Chain and Sales
• Co-develop and implement trade marketing strategies and sales-support measures
• Develop POS materials, displays, sales collateral and product presentations for retail and sales teams
• Conduct market, competitor and trend analyses to inform product development, price positioning and assortment optimization
• Support product portfolio management, including analysis of existing assortments and deriving recommendations for new products and discontinuations
• Develop and execute brand-awareness and promotion activities for trade partners and end consumers
• Assist in planning and organizing trade shows, events and retail campaigns at national and international levels
• Work closely with internal stakeholders such as Global Brand Management, Trade Marketing and Sales, as well as external service providers (e.g., agencies and printers) and international partners
