About the role
- Support in analyzing and optimizing existing HR processes with a focus on increasing digital efficiency
- Participate in implementing new IT structures and tools in the HR area (e.g., time tracking, ATS)
- Document HR processes and develop best-practice guidelines
- Support interdisciplinary projects for digitizing the HR function
- Communicate with internal stakeholders to coordinate new processes and tools
- Administer the employee lifecycle
Requirements
- Completed vocational training and, ideally, initial experience in Human Resources
- Interest in HR topics, digitalization, and process management
- Structured and self-directed way of working
- IT affinity and, ideally, first experience with HR software or digital tools
- Very good German and good English skills
