About the role

  • Support in analyzing and optimizing existing HR processes with a focus on increasing digital efficiency

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training and, ideally, initial experience in Human Resources

  • Structured and self-directed way of working
  • IT affinity and, ideally, first experience with HR software or digital tools
  • Very good German and good English skills
