About the role
- Support in analyzing and optimizing existing HR processes with a focus on increasing digital efficiency
- Assist in the implementation of new IT structures and tools in the HR area (e.g., time tracking, ATS)
- Document HR processes and develop best-practice guidelines
- Support interdisciplinary projects for the digitalization of HR
- Communicate with internal stakeholders to align on new processes and tools
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a degree program in Business, (Business) Informatics, Psychology, Human Resources or a related field
- Interest in HR topics, digitalization and process management
- Structured and independent working style
- IT affinity and ideally some initial experience with HR software or digital tools
- Very good German and good English skills
