About the role

  • Support in analyzing and optimizing existing HR processes with a focus on increasing digital efficiency
  • Assist in the implementation of new IT structures and tools in the HR area (e.g., time tracking, ATS)
  • Document HR processes and develop best-practice guidelines
  • Support interdisciplinary projects for the digitalization of HR
  • Communicate with internal stakeholders to align on new processes and tools

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a degree program in Business, (Business) Informatics, Psychology, Human Resources or a related field
  • Interest in HR topics, digitalization and process management
  • Structured and independent working style
  • IT affinity and ideally some initial experience with HR software or digital tools
  • Very good German and good English skills
