Account Manager

• Own the partnership roadmap: build joint go-to-market plans, negotiate co-sell agreements, and drive integration and visibility.
• Execute co-selling with hyperscaler sales teams to bring Haast into enterprise deals alongside major tech players.
• Build enablement materials, technical integration guides, and joint value propositions that make it easy for hyperscaler partners to sell Haast
• Support channel partnerships with selected GSIs and agencies where hyperscaler relationships open doors
• Manage ongoing partner relationships: quarterly business reviews, deal registration, deal escalation, and expansion planning
• Work closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to ensure partner deals land, expand, and become net-new revenue

• Design, architect, and ship full-stack features that directly solve our customers compliance challenges
• Own the technical relationship with key customers; implementing solutions, gathering requirements, and translating feedback into product improvements
• Build scalable services and APIs that power our LLM compliance platform while keeping the customer experience front and center
• Make high-impact technical decisions quickly, knowing that you'll be accountable to both our engineering standards and our customers
• Challenge assumptions on "why" and "how", you'll directly influence what we build and how we build it
• Shape our product roadmap and engineering practices as we scale from Series A to market leadership

Forward Deployed Engineer

Marketing

• Work day-to-day with US AEs to align on priorities, coordinate campaign execution, ensure timely sales enablement, and handover leads that are genuinely ready to engage. You'll track program performance and report on pipeline impact, this is metrics-driven marketing.
• Own the end-to-end execution of US-based conferences, field events, and hosted activations. You'll attend events in person; booth support, sales coordination, relationship building, and own the full funnel from pre-event promotion through post-event follow-up.
• Execute ABM campaigns for priority US accounts; 1:few and 1:many programs including events, paid campaigns, and targeted content.
• Manage and execute US-focused paid campaigns.
• Create and adapt US-specific content and assets including case studies, event collateral and presentations, and sales enablement materials.

• Build the ANZ GTM motion: define outreach strategies, shape pipeline, and open key enterprise doors across regulated industries including financial services, insurance, and legal.
• Drive revenue growth: lead enterprise conversations from first contact through to close.
• Consult and demo: translate complex AI capabilities into clear, compelling business value for compliance and legal buyers.
• Be the market voice: surface insights from ANZ customers to influence our global product roadmap.
• Collaborate cross-functionally: with Product, Engineering, and Marketing to sharpen GTM playbooks and positioning.
• Represent Haast: at industry events and across your network of marketing, compliance and risk leaders in Australia.
