• Provide primary legal oversight for supply chain operations across SRS Distribution’s verticals in North America
• Draft, review and negotiate a broad range of commercial agreements with vendors
• Develop and help administer supplier qualification and compliance programs
• Oversee supply chain litigation matters, including managing outside counsel
• Ensure compliance with applicable U.S. federal and state laws and regulations affecting the Company’s operations
• Advise on labeling and packaging requirements as applicable to the Company across all markets
• Provide immediate legal counsel following major incidents
• Act as liaison to support accurate reporting of key environmental metrics

Supply Chain Lawyer

Pricing Analyst

• Provide pricing solutions to GMS customers through the sales and account management channels
• Work with various departments and analyze competitor pricing based off the market
• Track projects through our tracking system with assistance from job source generation companies and our sales team
• Maintain pricing records in the company software systems
• Produce customer quotes quickly and accurately

Pricing and Quote Analyst

• Effectively teach, train, and convert the customer base on the value, service, and merits of Ames Tools
• Conduct a dynamic tools presentation and provide instruction to prospective tool users
• Cultivate relationships and build referral business

Technical Specialist

Operations

• Provide leadership to ensure the District achieves budget and holds staff accountable to meet store level budget targets
• Develop new stores and markets
• Review financial statements, sales or activity reports or other performance data to measure productivity or goal achievement and to identify areas needing cost reduction or program improvement
• Coach Store Managers to understand financial statements, sales or activity reports or other performance data to measure productivity or goal achievement and to identify areas needing cost reduction or program improvement
• Analyze weekly reporting and implement action plans where necessary
