Drive improvement of KPIs/OKRs: With a meticulous eye for large volumes of data, you will identify key performance drivers, root causes, and hidden opportunities that directly influence our strategic metrics.
Optimize user experience (UX): You will conduct deep analyses of the full user journey (e.g., onboarding, feature adoption, churn points), using data to identify friction points and causes of drop-off, and recommend concrete, data-backed improvements.
Elevate decision-making: Transform analytical findings into clear, engaging presentations for diverse audiences, ensuring strategic insights are understood and acted upon by stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Translate and recommend: Serve as the bridge between technical data and business strategy, ensuring each analysis produces a clear, prioritized set of actionable recommendations aimed at measurable results.
Collaborate and implement: Partner with operational teams, product owners, and senior leadership to ensure your insights and recommendations are successfully implemented and their impacts are continuously measured.

Requirements
Performance-oriented and passionate about using data not only to report what happened but to drive measurable improvements in business performance, with a constant focus on improving KPIs and OKRs.
Proficiency in English with strong to excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Attention to detail: Demonstrate a strong analytical mindset and exceptional attention to detail, ensuring data integrity and accuracy of all analyses and recommendations.
Advanced Excel skills (SQL knowledge is a plus).
User-journey investigator: Proven experience analyzing, mapping, and dissecting end-to-end user journeys and business processes to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
Collaborative and proactive: Comfortable and effective in fast-paced environments, collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement and monitor the results of recommendations.
Excellent communication and presentation skills: Highly skilled at synthesizing complex analyses into clear, engaging narratives and creating and delivering high-impact presentations for diverse audiences.
