About the role

  • Analyze performance indicators, backlog and SLAs, identify root causes and propose improvements.
  • Develop reports, dashboards and tools that support decision-making.
  • Automate operational processes and routines to increase efficiency and reduce errors.
  • Maintain the knowledge base up to date and ensure alignment with team strategies.
  • Collaborate with different areas (operations, product, technology and leadership) to implement improvements and monitor results.
  • Contribute creative ideas and solutions to optimize workflows and internal experiences.
  • Participate in projects focused on innovation, automation and continuous process improvement.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all analyses and deliverables.

Requirements

  • Experience in data analysis and process improvement.
  • Intermediate English (advanced is a plus).
  • Hands-on experience with Excel/Google Sheets and BI tools (Looker, Metabase, etc.).
  • Basic knowledge of SQL and automation languages such as Python, HTML and JavaScript.
  • Strong analytical reasoning and problem-solving skills, including root-cause analysis and risk mitigation that may impact results.
  • Experience implementing AI projects and automation tools.
  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite) and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Detail-oriented, autonomous and results-driven.
