About the role
- Analyze performance indicators, backlog and SLAs, identify root causes and propose improvements.
- Develop reports, dashboards and tools that support decision-making.
- Automate operational processes and routines to increase efficiency and reduce errors.
- Maintain the knowledge base up to date and ensure alignment with team strategies.
- Collaborate with different areas (operations, product, technology and leadership) to implement improvements and monitor results.
- Contribute creative ideas and solutions to optimize workflows and internal experiences.
- Participate in projects focused on innovation, automation and continuous process improvement.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all analyses and deliverables.

Requirements
- Experience in data analysis and process improvement.
- Intermediate English (advanced is a plus).
- Hands-on experience with Excel/Google Sheets and BI tools (Looker, Metabase, etc.).
- Basic knowledge of SQL and automation languages such as Python, HTML and JavaScript.
- Strong analytical reasoning and problem-solving skills, including root-cause analysis and risk mitigation that may impact results.
- Experience implementing AI projects and automation tools.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite) and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce).
- Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
- Detail-oriented, autonomous and results-driven.
