Senior Operations Manager – 1st Shift

• Communicate and collaborate with stakeholders, key users and business process leads to analyze business problems and capture detailed requirements; reconcile conflicts

• Ensure maximum efficiency and optimization in rack integration and hardware movement to ensure attainment of operational success, efficiency, and quality goals.
• Properly monitor critical infrastructure shipments to ensure on-time accurate, and satisfactory deliveries; troubleshoot and resolve supply chain discrepancies as needed.
• Communicate with Engineering, Core Enablement functional workstream owners, and the management team to ensure achievement of technical deployment goals and objectives.
• Handle stakeholder expectations and provide recommendations for ML infrastructure strategic initiatives and long-range goals.

Program Operations Coordinator, 1st Shift

Project Manager

• Use agile methodology to deliver IT solutions through researching, planning, communicating and coordinating across the IT team and other departments
• Manage IT projects through the application of generally accepted project management principles and GXO Project Management methodology, including agile project management
• Facilitate resources and timetables to complete IT projects
• Coordinate geographically dispersed project teams for data integrations, system consolidations, software development, business onboarding projects and other tasks

Manager

Warehouse First Line Manager – Nights

• Implement the Lean program within the site and ensure it aligns with the organization’s strategic objectives.
• Create and manage Lean deployment plans for the site, providing clear structure and timelines for improvement initiatives.
• Drive Lean adoption by guiding and motivating teams and ensuring successful execution of improvement projects.
• Promote best-practice sharing, including insights from Kaizen events, to support consistent and scalable improvements.
• Deliver on-site Lean training to strengthen problem-solving, standardization, and continuous improvement capabilities.
• Align with the CI Manager BU on CI topics for your focus area.
• Act as the linking pin for Continuous Improvement across the site, for the operation together with the team.

Continuous Improvement Manager

• Manage people performance, including sickness, absence and timekeeping, conducting investigations and return-to-work meetings, while using telematics to review performance and drive performance
• Planning resources at least two weeks in advance, considering overtime, agency bookings and holidays
• Coach, Drivers, alongside the Driver Trainer, in remaining compliant with the WTD and transport legislation to retain the Operator’s Licence and ensuring regulations are adhered to
• Ensure the fleet remains fully compliant with all legal requirements and is properly maintained to guarantee it is always safe and roadworthy
• Ensure full compliance with food safety and BRC standards, completing all required daily HACCP- related checks and reports to maintain these standards

Transport First Line Manager – Days

Human Resources

• Provide payroll administration support, including oversight of Time & Attendance (T&A) systems
• Support weekly and monthly payroll cycles, ensuring accuracy of hours, resolving discrepancies, and liaising with Payroll teams
• Act as a first point of contact for payroll and T&A queries from colleagues and managers
• Deliver a wide range of administrative support including data entry, document management, and inbox coordination
• Prepare meeting materials, take minutes, and track actions where required
• Support operational teams with site-based administrative needs and ad-hoc requests

Mechanical Engineer

• Create effective and efficient solutions including automation and innovation concepts for potential new customers or existing operations
• Analyze and understand customer needs and requirement in their supply chain and translating that into warehousing concepts, including sustainability concepts
• Create and deliver complete and correct cost models including P&L analyses for the created solutions
• Work with all departments to create customer solutions to gain and retain new customer revenues
• Create solution overviews and presentation material, (e.g. 3D drawings of the solution) to support the offering process to new customers
• Convince customers via solution presentation, of GXO being the right partner
• Design solutions that include layout plans, investment plans, productivity calculations, direct and indirect labor, implementation costs etc.
• Support during implementation processes for example by acting as the solution gatekeeper
