About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead, coach and support operational teams to deliver daily productivity, accuracy and service targets
Coordinate workflows across goods in, picking, packing and despatch, including automation activities
Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety standards, housekeeping, and 6S principles
Manage headcount, overtime, and workflow to meet cost, quality, and delivery requirements
Monitor KPIs, conduct shift handovers, and drive continuous improvement across operations

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience leading teams in a fast-moving logistics or distribution environment
Strong working knowledge of WMS and Microsoft Office applications
Confident communicator with the ability to engage, motivate and influence others
Ability to work under pressure, manage priorities and take initiative
Flexible, detail-focused and professional approach with a strong leadership mindset
