Planner

• Support the planning of core delivery routes and collections/trunking operations
• Plan, update and manage core delivery routes, collections and trunking activities across the network
• Coordinate daily network reports, ad-hoc bookings and returns, ensuring accuracy and timely communication
• Liaise with customers, depots and operational teams to resolve issues quickly and maintain strong working relationships
• Utilise planning tools such as Excel, routing software (Paragon/Aptean) and internal systems to support efficient transport scheduling

IT Support

• Provide first-line technical support across the site, responding to issues via phone, email and face-to-face, ensuring timely resolution of hardware, software and system queries
• Install, configure and maintain IT equipment, including PCs, laptops, printers and telephony systems, ensuring all devices are operational and aligned to business requirements

Material Handler – Day Shift

• Act as a liaison for Transportation, Operations, carriers, vendors and customers
• Lead and supervise transportation staff, including training and evaluating employee performance
• Recommend or initiate hiring, promotions, transfers or disciplinary actions
• Perform the routing, planning, updating and/or tracking duties of orders and shipments
• Complete the analysis and resolution of carrier performance and compliance issues
• Track and trace shipments for customers to ensure on-time, accurate and satisfactory deliveries; provide updates as needed
