About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Receive, inspect, and accurately record all incoming inventory
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper documentation for all items
- Perform regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies
- Coordinate with suppliers and carriers to schedule inbound and outbound shipments
- Prepare shipping documents, labels, and packaging for outgoing shipments
- Transport inventory using material handling equipment
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Assist with the disposal of packaging materials and obsolete equipment
- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Assist in the setup and installation of computer server racks
- Help in the assembly of server racks and manage cables
Requirements
What you’ll need- To be at least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of experience in logistics, inventory management, or related fields
- Familiarity with inventory management systems and software
- Proficiency in using basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Word)
- The ability to do basic math calculations
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and operating instructions
- Familiarity with proper lifting techniques and the use of material handling equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks
