About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Receive, inspect, and accurately record all incoming inventory
Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper documentation for all items
Perform regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies
Coordinate with suppliers and carriers to schedule inbound and outbound shipments
Prepare shipping documents, labels, and packaging for outgoing shipments
Transport inventory using material handling equipment
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Assist with the disposal of packaging materials and obsolete equipment
Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures
Collaborate with cross-functional teams
Assist in the setup and installation of computer server racks
Help in the assembly of server racks and manage cables

Requirements

What you’ll need

To be at least 18 years of age
High school diploma or equivalent
1 year of experience in logistics, inventory management, or related fields
Familiarity with inventory management systems and software
Proficiency in using basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Word)
The ability to do basic math calculations
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and operating instructions
Familiarity with proper lifting techniques and the use of material handling equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks
