About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Complete system work for returned stock into the depot
Removing damaged cases from pallets, re-boxing damaged stock, and restoring pallets to a safe and presentable standard for return to the warehouse
Maintaining stock integrity and audit SSCC label adherence in line with current processes
Ensure the WMS stock file is accurately represented and any issues are dealt with or escalated promptly
Actively support continuous improvement projects and departmental development initiatives
Build and maintain strong day-to-day communication with both internal teams and external customers.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Experience working in a complex, fast-moving environment
Comfortable working in a multi-temperature environment
Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems would be a bonus!
Proficient in Microsoft Office packages, especially Excel
Ability to lift heavy items and work comfortably on your feet, standing and moving throughout the duration of your shift.
