About the role

  • You act as the central link between the stores and the Sales Manager to ensure smooth information flow and the implementation of sales strategies.
  • You drive sales development and the achievement of KPIs, ensuring that all stores meet the defined sales targets and standards.
  • In close collaboration with Store Managers, you ensure that the established sales and performance targets are achieved.
  • You take responsibility for leading and developing store staff by organizing trainings and workshops to continuously improve the team.
  • You communicate empathetically and solution-oriented with employees, customers, business partners and other departments to promote positive and productive collaboration.

Requirements

  • Energy and drive (POWER) to lead the stores to success.
  • Passion for retail sales; ideally experience as a District or Regional Manager.
  • Entrepreneurial thinking, a strong sense of responsibility and a high degree of self-organization.
  • Extensive experience in leading teams and outstanding leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record as a manager demonstrating the ability to effectively lead, motivate and inspire teams.
  • Commitment to performance and enjoyment of working in a team.
  • Willingness to travel.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
  • Strong German and English skills, both written and spoken.
