You act as the central link between the stores and the Sales Manager to ensure smooth information flow and the implementation of sales strategies.
You drive sales development and the achievement of KPIs, ensuring that all stores meet the defined sales targets and standards.
In close collaboration with Store Managers, you ensure that the established sales and performance targets are achieved.
You take responsibility for leading and developing store staff by organizing trainings and workshops to continuously improve the team.
You communicate empathetically and solution-oriented with employees, customers, business partners and other departments to promote positive and productive collaboration.
Requirements
Energy and drive (POWER) to lead the stores to success.
Passion for retail sales; ideally experience as a District or Regional Manager.
Entrepreneurial thinking, a strong sense of responsibility and a high degree of self-organization.
Extensive experience in leading teams and outstanding leadership and interpersonal skills.
Proven track record as a manager demonstrating the ability to effectively lead, motivate and inspire teams.
Commitment to performance and enjoyment of working in a team.
Willingness to travel.
Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
Strong German and English skills, both written and spoken.
