About the role
- Acquire new customers and convince them of our recruiting solutions during demo calls
- Serve as the primary point of contact for our customers
- Present the product portfolio clearly and tailor it to customer needs
- Build business relationships and understand customers' recruiting challenges
- Collaborate closely with the go-to-market team and maintain customer data in Salesforce
- Support the go-to-market and product teams with expertise to improve sales and products
Requirements
- Several years of experience in telesales, ideally in HR or recruiting
- A confident and persuasive personality for professional, peer-level customer interactions
- Fluent German language skills, both written and spoken
- A passion for technologies and tools
- Ability to adapt communication to individual customers
- Flexibility in the digital HR tech environment
- Motivation for personal and professional development
- A conviction that lifelong learning is possible
- Scheduling support from your appointment-setting colleagues
