Oversee proposal development process, including RFI/RFP requirements and cross-functional coordination.
Define engineering solutions, estimate associated risks and provide optimized costing in collaboration with operations and finance.
Prepare technical and commercial bid documentation to support mass transit business developers.
Participate in technical and commercial meetings with customers and stakeholders to define and present solutions.
Assess bid risks, mitigate challenges, and ensure financial and cashflow feasibility.
Collaborate on budgeting and pricing with finance and product teams.
Ensure quality control of proposals, editing content and ensuring compliance with RFP formats.
Manage submission process and post-submission debriefings and analysis.
Lead transversal activities for recurring customers: define library structure for framework agreements, highlight USPs with Product and Business Development, and develop comprehensive costing models.
Requirements
Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment.
Experience with Matrix organisations
Full knowledge of MS office pack and D-365, proficiency in Word & Excel & PowerPoint required.
Experience in structuring an offer and in managing international bids ideally in the mass transit sector
Capacity to drive and coordinate multiple internal and external stakeholders
Capacity to design optimal solutions considering ROI and limitations of each party
