About the role
- Develop and manage a portfolio of food industry clients (dairies, breweries, slaughterhouses, prepared foods, beverages, etc.)
- Conduct hygiene and cleaning audits (open areas and NEP/CIP circuits) and propose appropriate action plans
- Optimize water treatment programs (processes, boilers, cooling towers, utilities) and monitor technical performance
- Train client teams on hygiene best practices and the safe use of products
- Lead modernization and innovation projects (dosing, automation, monitoring, sustainability)
- Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, proposals, negotiation, reporting in the CRM
Requirements
- Bachelor's/Master's degree (Bac+3/5) in chemistry, microbiology, food science or process engineering
- Proven experience in the food industry (hygiene, quality, production, maintenance) or with a supplier of hygiene/water treatment solutions
- Knowledge of cleaning and disinfection procedures (NEP/CIP), HACCP plans and BRC/IFS standards
- Strong commercial drive and aptitude for technical advisory
- Autonomy, rigor, responsiveness and ease communicating with various stakeholders (hygiene, quality, maintenance, site management)
- Professional level of English; driving license (category B) required
