About the role
- Define the overall test strategy for the implementation of electronic invoicing, in coordination with internal teams and the solution provider.
- Coordinate the preparation and execution of test plans (unit, integration, and regression).
- Collaborate with the solution provider to validate deliveries and release quality, ensure availability of test environments, and track defect resolution.
- Support country teams and business stakeholders in defining and validating test scenarios.
- Consolidate test progress and provide regular reporting to the Project Director and stakeholders.
- Monitor test performance metrics (coverage rates, defects, cycle times, etc.).
- Keep test documentation up to date (test cases, evidence, summary reports).
- Lead follow-up meetings with internal and external teams.
- Identify and escalate blocking issues or potential delays.
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years' experience in IT project testing or quality management
- Proven experience in a Fintech or invoicing environment (electronic invoicing, e-invoicing) — required
- Prior experience with electronic invoicing projects (Generix PDP experience is a plus)
- Strong command of structured testing methodologies
- Excellent communication, coordination, and reporting skills
- Ability to work with international teams (multiple countries and time zones)
- Analytical mindset, rigor, autonomy, and results orientation
- Fluent English (mandatory)
