Define the overall test strategy for the implementation of electronic invoicing, in coordination with internal teams and the solution provider.
Coordinate the preparation and execution of test plans (unit, integration, and regression).
Collaborate with the solution provider to validate deliveries and release quality, ensure availability of test environments, and track defect resolution.
Support country teams and business stakeholders in defining and validating test scenarios.
Consolidate test progress and provide regular reporting to the Project Director and stakeholders.
Monitor test performance metrics (coverage rates, defects, cycle times, etc.).
Keep test documentation up to date (test cases, evidence, summary reports).
Lead follow-up meetings with internal and external teams.
Identify and escalate blocking issues or potential delays.
Requirements
Minimum 8 years' experience in IT project testing or quality management
Proven experience in a Fintech or invoicing environment (electronic invoicing, e-invoicing) — required
Prior experience with electronic invoicing projects (Generix PDP experience is a plus)
Strong command of structured testing methodologies
Excellent communication, coordination, and reporting skills
Ability to work with international teams (multiple countries and time zones)
Analytical mindset, rigor, autonomy, and results orientation
Fluent English (mandatory)
