Drive the change of Operating Model to enable a product based organisation especially in the area of IT Technology and Operations
Propose, prioritize, and execute improvements to IT Operating Model processes, ensuring consistency across services and functions.
Oversee operational governance, including relevant KPIs, service performance indicators, and continuous improvement metrics.
Partner with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to align operational processes with business objectives.
Ensure operational compliance with internal policies and standards
Provide support in the development and rollout of training materials, procedures, and policies, fostering and measuring adoption through the use of Learning Management system
Identify opportunities for cost optimization and operational efficiency while safeguarding quality and service standards.
Requirements
Master's Degree or equivalent
Minimum 5 years experience in strategy consulting
Minimum 5 years in a leadership position (Manager, International environment)
Acquire and maintain in-depth understanding of the organization
Project Management skills
Coach teams and individuals
Minimum Yellow Belt certified, Green Belt certified an advantage
ITIL v4, certification an advantage
Knowledge of E-learning platforms and LMS Learning management system
