About the role
- Provide support to the Senior Director GTM Strategy and Local Solutions to develop Go-To-Market strategies for Commercial Markets, under 65 segment
- Conduct background research, gather corporate and business strategies, and commission stakeholder research to understand the market
- Synthesize internal and external insights to develop GTM strategy, facilitate modeling and scenario planning, and define tactical performance and ROI goals
- Facilitate strategic integration and alignment across teams, review and validate tactical plans, and ensure alignment with GTM strategies and corporate goals
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of GTM execution, advise on tactical plan adjustments, and integrate performance insights into future strategy
- Develop and maintain knowledge of at least one Commercial Markets segment, including requirements, processes, market landscape, competition, and applicable health rules
- Tie work back to company, segment, and sales goals ensuring alignment with KPIs and driving measurable impact on business outcomes
Requirements
- 6+ years related work experience in go-to-market consulting or marketing, product, or strategy work
- Demonstrated related corporate, market, and business strategy experience with thorough knowledge of the health industry
- Demonstrated experience in developing and maintaining strong relationships across the organization (and externally) to properly integrate strategies and provide tactical plan input
- Experience setting clear, actionable objectives and focus on strategic and actionable tactical plans for result attainment
- Hands on experience in evaluating program analytics to determine ROI
- Experience in and/or advanced knowledge of the marketing process including segmentation, targeting, and market communications
- Preferred: Experience in and/or advanced knowledge of strategy development, market planning, scenario planning, and market modeling
- Preferred: Experience working within a matrix or virtual organization
- Preferred: Knowledge and experience with Under 65 and Group Segment processes and tools
- Preferred: Understanding of Florida Blue sales and enrollment processes and systems.
