About the role
- Own the development and execution of GTM plans for product launches, feature rollouts, and strategic initiatives
- Start with business objectives and insights, define strategic marketing plans that define value propositions and key messaging, and lead the development of campaigns
- Collaborate with Product, Analytics, Growth, and Comms to ensure initiatives are timed, messaged, and measured for maximum impact
- Craft and evolve positioning and messaging frameworks tailored to target audiences, products, and use cases
- Build full-funnel marketing plans across paid, owned, earned, and lifecycle channels designed to drive business outcomes
- Translate insights into clear briefs for creative, lifecycle, and media teams, setting a high bar for execution
- Ensure campaigns are strategically aligned, on-brand, and performance-driven
- Align initiative KPIs to top-level Marketing KPIs to drive adoption, engagement, conversion, and trust; partner with analytics to track and optimize
- Translate brand goals into actionable marketing tactics and measurable results; lead post-campaign analysis to surface insights
- Apply ID.me’s brand positioning and voice with consistency across all marketing efforts and support brand health measurement
- Bridge long-term brand strategy with day-to-day marketing execution
- Partner with internal and agency teams to execute creative and media strategies and help develop internal playbooks that drive consistency
Requirements
- 6-8 years of experience in integrated marketing, product marketing, brand management, or go-to-market strategy
- Proven success leading GTM campaigns and owning measurable business outcomes
- Experience working cross-functionally with product, insights, creative, and growth teams in high-performance environments
- Deep interest in brand performance metrics, customer research, and marketing analytics
- A portfolio or track record that demonstrates ownership of marketing strategy and execution from concept to measurement
- Strong writing and storytelling instincts, with the ability to simplify complex topics
- Highly collaborative, with strong communication and project management skills
- Versatile marketer with experience across product marketing, brand management, and campaign execution
- Comfortable refining messaging frameworks and managing campaign timelines and briefs
- Energized by building, testing, and optimizing in a fast-moving, high-impact environment
- Bonus: experience in tech, marketplaces, fintech, identity, or highly regulated categories
