About the role
- Cognyte develops investigative analytics software solutions to help prevent and investigate crime and terror
- Plan and execute product launches, feature rollouts, and lifecycle marketing initiatives
- Work closely with business stakeholders to maximize business potential of existing/new customers
- Create sales collateral, battle cards, training materials, and presentations to support go-to-market teams
- Develop clear and differentiated positioning, messaging, and value propositions
- Collaborate with Corporate Marketing to generate and execute marketing campaigns and customer case studies
- Analyze market trends and monitor competitors' product campaigns
- Research and support strategic industry events, conferences, and trade shows with pre-, on-site, and post-event support
Requirements
- 5 – 7 years of experience in Product Marketing, Brand Marketing, or related roles (experience level may vary by company)
- Strong understanding of product lifecycle, go-to-market strategies, and customer segmentation
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills
- Experience in cross-functional collaboration, especially with Product Management, Corporate Marketing and Sales
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- MBA is a plus
- Familiarity with intelligence practices and technologies – a big advantage
- Willingness to travel for at least 15%
- Location: Washington DC area is a plus
