Develop, configure, and enhance ServiceNow applications, ensuring alignment with business objectives and best practices.
Stay current with ServiceNow products, features, and industry trends to drive innovation.
Conduct technical assessments and provide recommendations for improving existing ServiceNow implementations.
Perform unit, system, and integration testing.
Debug and fix technical problems.
Support the development of detailed technical documentation.
Provide demonstrations of developed applications to product owners and end users.
Participate in platform upgrade activities, including regression testing and reconfiguration.
Ensure the security, scalability, and maintainability of ServiceNow solutions.
Help federal clients transform business processes, enhance efficiency of operations, improve transparency and performance management, and promote change management.
Requirements
Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD "SECRET" security clearance; candidates must obtain approved adjudication of clearance prior to onboarding with Guidehouse.
Minimum Years of Experience: 3 years of ServiceNow experience supported by ServiceNow certifications (e.g., CSA, CIS, CAD).
Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
Experience in ServiceNow Modules such as GRC, SPM, and ITSM, as well as with App Engine and Scoped Apps.
Experience with scripting (JavaScript, Glide, AngularJS), Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub.
Experience with Software Development Lifecycle methodologies, deliverables, and controls.
Strong analytical, problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and establish rapport with a diverse array of people at all levels.
Heightened attention to detail when developing technical solutions.
Nice to have: Experience working in an Agile environment.
Nice to have: Experience with ServiceNow automated testing framework (ATF).
Nice to have: Ability to commute to client or corporate offices within the Washington, DC metropolitan area 2-3 days per week.
Nice to have: Experience with web services integration, specifically Mid-Server, SOAP, and REST preferred.
Nice to have: Agile, SCRUM or SAFe certifications.
Nice to have: General understanding of financial management aspects (i.e., financial operations, financial innovation, internal control, risk management, etc.), particularly in a federal environment.
Candidates with an ACTIVE "SECRET" or higher-level clearance are preferred.
