About the role

  • Lead annual and quarterly marketing planning processes and align strategy with company objectives and GTM priorities
  • Own global marketing budget allocation, headcount planning, and ROI modeling in partnership with Finance, BI and RevOps
  • Develop and manage marketing KPIs, dashboards, and scorecards across brand, demand gen, product marketing, and customer marketing
  • Partner with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to ensure marketing plans support pipeline goals, product launches, and customer lifecycle needs
  • Manage budgets across business portfolio brands (Rentals United and Yield Planet) to optimize yearly revenue objectives
  • Act as coordination hub for Local Country Managers in key territories, ensuring alignment and appropriate materials
  • Deliver reporting and insights to the CMO and executive team to guide strategic decisions
  • Drive marketing best practices, global governance, and enablement across regional and functional marketing teams

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with experience in strategy, operations, or planning roles
  • Deep understanding of SaaS metrics, GTM motions (PLG, SLG, enterprise, partner, revenue upsells)
  • Proven leadership in strategic planning, budget ownership, and data-driven decision-making
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, especially with Finance, Sales Ops, and Product
  • Experience managing marketing performance dashboards and tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Looker)
  • Excellent executive presence and communication skills
