• Reporting to the E-commerce Web Marketing, CRO and SEO Manager; the E-Commerce Web & E-Mail Marketing Intern will support the Web marketing Team with all performance marketing related tasks.
• Definition, implementation and support of Web Marketing activities across channels such as Email Marketing, SEM, SEO, Affiliation and more.
• Monitoring and analysis of promo redemption, sale and web marketing core KPIs (Visits, CR, Revenue).
• Collect data, identify trends and insights to support Web Marketing team in improving ROI.
• Communicate and provide campaign assets to the external Media Agency.
• Steady competitors monitoring (qualitative and quantitative) in order to propose new ideas and strategies.
• Upload and schedule DEMs (Direct Email Marketing).
• Support the SEO Specialist with optimizations on SEO, SEM and Affiliation related tasks.
• Cooperate with the E-commerce Web-Marketing Team in order to accomplish cross-department projects (mainly CRM, ADV, Marketing).
• Daily checks on SEM and Display campaigns in order to verify alignment between assets and commercial calendar
• Support Web Marketing team in developing ad hoc qualitative and quantitative analysis (e.g., Promotion redemption, DEM Performances, Weekly product categories performances).

E-commerce Web and Email Marketing Intern

• The E-Commerce Omnichannel Intern has the mission to support the E-commerce Omnichannel Project Manager in all activities related to Omnichannel projects (Ship from Stores, Buy Online Pick up in-store, I-Pad in-store/GStock and, where applicable, Buy Online Return in-store).
• CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Support in carrying out of Omnichannel Projects;
• Support in all analyses related to Omnichannel projects;
• Support in the preparation of materials related to Omnichannel projects;
• Support in liaising with B2C Customer Care team, MIS team, Retail Operations team and all internal dpt. that may be involved in Omnichannel projects;
• Support in liaising with stores involved in Omnichannel projects.

QA Engineer

• Cooperate with CEM team in order to provide the best in class customer experience throughout the customer lifecycle, enhancing customers’ satisfaction and convert negative perceptions and feedbacks to positive ones
• Monitor outsourced customer service performances, getting in touch with the dedicated person for training and QA of outsourced customer service team, highlighting areas where a more focused training on procedure is required
• Perform mystery calls, customer service and personal shopper chats in order to verify quality and consistency of the answers received
• Monitor website customer care and FAQ sections, analyze post-purchase comments and surveys studying alternatives to provide the most satisfactory and useful replies to end-users and be sure that the contents are always updated Monitor general contents of the website (translations of homepage, banners, product descriptions, etc.) and get in touch with responsible team member in case adjustments are needed
• Support CEM Senior Specialist in building surveys sent out to final customers
• Always find alternatives and innovative services to improve the customer experience enhancing the services offered, doing benchmarks, collecting necessary information to proceed with the integration and cooperate with involved department/s
• Actively contribute with projects on customer care area
• Support CEM Senior Specialist in preparing reports and analysis upon request
• Support CEM Senior Specialist in providing the most accurate marketing and sales calendar to the outsourced customer service and promptly react in case particular issues are highlighted from a sales perspective
• Align with other team members making sure that most updated materials and guidelines are provided to the outsourced customer service
• Manage day-by-day external customer service escalations with correctness and consistency
• Interact promptly with external providers (customer service, warehouses, couriers and payment providers) to assure the best accurate service to customers in terms of order management, shipments, returns, always aligning with the other team members
• Monitor Social Media customer’s feedback, making sure all comments are promptly managed and in a correct way following the business guidelines. Directly manage comments in case of need coordinating with EU and NA Social Media teams

• Provide high-quality legal support to the Legal Department manager, focusing on operational legal activities that strengthen the Group’s corporate and commercial framework, with particular emphasis on corporate transactions, governance, and international contracts.
• Operate with autonomy and agility; demonstrate quick learning ability, flexible and strategic thinking, curiosity, and a proactive approach.
• Continuously interact with senior management, external partners, and key business functions (Finance, Operations, Logistics).
• Geographical scope primarily Switzerland and Europe, with potential exposure to other regions such as the Middle East and Asia.
• Support the Legal Department manager and oversee corporate matters across Europe and globally, including company incorporations, statutory amendments, board and shareholder resolutions, intercompany agreements and regulatory filings.
• Participate in meetings and conferences with the legal team to discuss ongoing cases, legal issues, and strategic approaches.
• Draft, review, and contribute to the development of legal documentation, contracts, agreements, and other related documents, including commercial agreements.
• Collaborate with external counsels and internal departments to provide timely and accurate legal advice on matters impacting the business.
