General Counsel

• Provide high-quality legal support to the Legal Department manager, focusing on operational legal activities that strengthen the Group’s corporate and commercial framework, with particular emphasis on corporate transactions, governance, and international contracts.
• Operate with autonomy and agility; demonstrate quick learning ability, flexible and strategic thinking, curiosity, and a proactive approach.
• Continuously interact with senior management, external partners, and key business functions (Finance, Operations, Logistics).
• Geographical scope primarily Switzerland and Europe, with potential exposure to other regions such as the Middle East and Asia.
• Support the Legal Department manager and oversee corporate matters across Europe and globally, including company incorporations, statutory amendments, board and shareholder resolutions, intercompany agreements and regulatory filings.
• Participate in meetings and conferences with the legal team to discuss ongoing cases, legal issues, and strategic approaches.
• Draft, review, and contribute to the development of legal documentation, contracts, agreements, and other related documents, including commercial agreements.
• Collaborate with external counsels and internal departments to provide timely and accurate legal advice on matters impacting the business.
