• Manage the load in the company ERP of proofs of origin for products arriving at Guess DCs retrieving them in the Company Web Vendor Portal or requesting them to Sourcing Depts
• Be active part in the implementation of an IT tool to load and maintain information
• Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities and check output, deal directly with Sourcing Depts to advise of errors from Vendors and follow up
• On monthly base, monitor all Export Customs Documents not yet cleared and involve CS depts to push customers providing the related Import proofs
• Ensure International Customer orders are allocated effectively, efficiently and timely and prepare shipments and all necessary documents according to their requests

• Define and implement trade marketing strategy for the wholesale channel, translating brand and business objectives into actionable plans
• Lead seasonal trade marketing planning, including campaigns, product launches, and commercial initiatives
• Drive visual merchandising strategy for wholesale partners, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines while adapting to local market requirements
