• Reporting directly to the Head of E-commerce, the E-commerce Content & Campaign Specialist will play a key global role in the activities of production and execution of digital campaigns across owned digital channels.
• The primary objective of the role is to oversee the full content production lifecycle, coordinating all production steps, aligning stakeholders and ensuring that all milestones, timelines and quality standards are met.
• Work in collaboration with the Head of eCommerce to execute the Go to Market plan and ensure that development of digital content plan has global consistency and local relevancy
• Lead and coordinate digital content production and ensure seamless launch of Campaigns on Guess website
• Integrate ecommerce, marketing, retail and marketplace feedback to address market needs and contribute to Go to Market execution
• Tracking content production on ticketing system to ensure delivery of each project
• Coordinate testing processes in digital content releases on the websites
• Facilitate interactions across multiple teams (e.g. Merchandising, Email marketing, Digital media, Marketplace), collect business requirements and curate digital content execution accordingly

E-Commerce Content & Campaign Specialist

• Collaborate with the E-commerce Web Marketing, CRO and SEO Manager in the planning, allocation, and ongoing optimization of the monthly media budget, ensuring effective ROI and alignment with sales targets.
• Analyze key metrics (Traffic, CR, CTR, Revenue, Promo Redemption) and identify trends to support strategic decision-making, while proactively proposing new channels, tools, CRO and other opportunities to enhance performance and achieve business goals.
• Support the planning and execution of online campaigns, with a focus on SEM, Remarketing, Social Paid and Affiliate programs.
• Coordinate with external media agencies and partners, sharing briefs and assets, and ensuring the timely and correct delivery of campaigns.
• Conduct daily checks on digital campaigns (SEM, Display) to ensure consistency with marketing guidelines and commercial priorities.
• Cooperate with internal teams (CRM, ADV, Retail-Ops, Retail Inventory & Merchandising) to align and execute cross-channel marketing initiatives.
• Collaborate with all E-commerce Teams keeping track of marketing activities and daily tasks through shared calendars and task management tools.
• Perform promotion and new feature tests in staging and production environments.
• Follow up on change requests or bugs tickets through Jira platform.

• Give support and service to all internal and external customers: interacting with sales force, distributors, sales team and all internal offices to share and grant correct flow of all information about Clients.

• **PRESALES:**
• - Samples: Order supervision, shipment follow-up
• - Communication: Pricelist
• - Support during collection presentation
• **DURING SALES CAMPAIGN:**
• - Monitoring daily incoming collection orders;
• - Checking of order notes, typologies, delivery terms, invoicing data and destinations;
• - Opening new customers checking reliability with Credit DPT and Sales Team;
• - Updating existing customers master database;
• **POST SALES CAMPAIGN:**
• - Checking orders: originals, priorities, delivery address and commissions;
• - Monitor missing originals orders;
• - Preparation of CSV File and EDI;
• - Filing original orders;
• - Send order confirmations;
• - Managing shipments for assigned portofolio (i.e. prebolle, proforma invoice);
• - Managing master instructions in order to satisfy key customer and Department store special requirements (i.e. special handling, labeling; particular documents layout, pick-up or delivery booking instructions) interacting with all company areas involved;
• - Dealing with all the procedures in order to solve claims, return and substitution request and credit notes;
• - Verify commercial conditions versus order exchange, defected items procedure, mark down contribution;
• - Reorders: verify payment terms, commercial condition, release good for shipments and follow the delivery flow;
• - POP Materials (i.e. window display, catalogues, special event kits, shopping bags, ect.)
• - Shipments recap for agencies;
• - Credit and blocks status;
• - Analysis on particular commercial request with support of CS Managers;
• **OTHERS:**
• - Interacting with agents, distributors and Sales team to exchange information about customers and market situation;
• - Direct interaction with customers in order to verify delivery status, advance and postpone shipments and to solve any particular issues as quickly as possible;
• - Support to final customer claims;
• - Managing and support develop of new Business Model: Push Model, Concession, Consignment and International Channel
