Reporting to the E-commerce Web Marketing, CRO and SEO Manager; the E-Commerce Web & E-Mail Marketing Intern will support the Web marketing Team with all performance marketing related tasks.
Definition, implementation and support of Web Marketing activities across channels such as Email Marketing, SEM, SEO, Affiliation and more.
Monitoring and analysis of promo redemption, sale and web marketing core KPIs (Visits, CR, Revenue).
Collect data, identify trends and insights to support Web Marketing team in improving ROI.
Communicate and provide campaign assets to the external Media Agency.
Steady competitors monitoring (qualitative and quantitative) in order to propose new ideas and strategies.
Upload and schedule DEMs (Direct Email Marketing).
Support the SEO Specialist with optimizations on SEO, SEM and Affiliation related tasks.
Cooperate with the E-commerce Web-Marketing Team in order to accomplish cross-department projects (mainly CRM, ADV, Marketing).
Daily checks on SEM and Display campaigns in order to verify alignment between assets and commercial calendar
Support Web Marketing team in developing ad hoc qualitative and quantitative analysis (e.g., Promotion redemption, DEM Performances, Weekly product categories performances).
Requirements
University degree;
Interest in the fashion industry and Digital Marketing;
Must have excellent organizational and time management skills;
Numerical and analytical skills with meticulous attention to details;
Flexible with the ability to adapt to complex business situations;
Strong sense of urgency and problem solving skills;
Capability to work under strict, short deadlines;
Highly motivated and committed to the job assigned;
Positive attitude, cooperative and team player, but also with the ability to work independently;
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with a diverse group at all level;
Interested to work in an international environment and to network with worldwide business units;
Knowledge of tools such as GA4, Google Trends, SEMrush and Google Search Console is a plus;
HTML basic knowledge;
Strong knowledge of Office package (mainly Excel and Power Point);
Proficiency knowledge of English language – both written and spoken. Any additional language is a plus.
