The E-Commerce Omnichannel Intern has the mission to support the E-commerce Omnichannel Project Manager in all activities related to Omnichannel projects (Ship from Stores, Buy Online Pick up in-store, I-Pad in-store/GStock and, where applicable, Buy Online Return in-store).
CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Support in carrying out of Omnichannel Projects;
Support in all analyses related to Omnichannel projects;
Support in the preparation of materials related to Omnichannel projects;
Support in liaising with B2C Customer Care team, MIS team, Retail Operations team and all internal dpt. that may be involved in Omnichannel projects;
Support in liaising with stores involved in Omnichannel projects.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree
Previous working experience in Customer Care or in a store
Fluent English. Any additional language is considered a plus
