About the role

  • - Support in carrying out of Omnichannel Projects;
  • - Support in all analyses related to Omnichannel projects;
  • - Support in the preparation of materials related to Omnichannel projects;
  • - Support in liaising with B2C Customer Care team, MIS team, Retail Operations team and all internal dpt. that may be involved in Omnichannel projects;
  • - Support in liaising with stores involved in Omnichannel projects.

Requirements

  • - Bachelor's degree;
  • - Previous working experience in Customer Care or in a store;
  • - Fluent English. Any additional language is considered a plus;
  • - Good knowledge of Office package;
  • - Organizational skills, cooperative and flexible;
  • - Team working and communication skills;
  • - Attention to details;
  • - Think outside the box.
