About the role
- - Support in carrying out of Omnichannel Projects;
- - Support in all analyses related to Omnichannel projects;
- - Support in the preparation of materials related to Omnichannel projects;
- - Support in liaising with B2C Customer Care team, MIS team, Retail Operations team and all internal dpt. that may be involved in Omnichannel projects;
- - Support in liaising with stores involved in Omnichannel projects.
Requirements
- - Bachelor's degree;
- - Previous working experience in Customer Care or in a store;
- - Fluent English. Any additional language is considered a plus;
- - Good knowledge of Office package;
- - Organizational skills, cooperative and flexible;
- - Team working and communication skills;
- - Attention to details;
- - Think outside the box.
