About the role
- Lead development of long-range plans, annual budgets, and rolling forecasts
- Provide strategic financial guidance to senior executives and business partners
- Drive financial planning processes aligned with company goals and market dynamics
- Mentor and lead a peer team of Finance Managers and Analysts; foster accountability and continuous improvement
- Serve as key advisor to business unit leaders and build cross-functional relationships
- Oversee creation of executive-level reporting and dashboards with actionable insights
- Ensure accuracy, clarity, and relevance in financial reporting and commentary
- Lead efforts to automate and streamline reporting processes and adopt new tools
- Lead cross-functional initiatives and finance transformation projects; manage competing priorities and deliver high-impact work
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred
- 8+ years of progressive experience in financial planning & analysis or corporate finance
- Advanced Excel, Power BI, and financial modeling skills
- Strong understanding of financial statements, business drivers, and strategic planning
- FP&A experience in a technology, telecom, or SaaS environment using recurring or subscription-based revenue (preferred)
- Experience leading a rolling forecast process (preferred)
- Familiarity with ERP systems and financial planning tools (e.g., Workday, Adaptive Insights) (preferred)
- Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional projects and change initiatives (preferred)
- Strong executive presence and ability to influence senior stakeholders (preferred)
