About the role
- Lead the development and execution of marketing strategies for a respiratory therapy brand in India.
- Develop and implement strategic and operational brand plans based on customer insights and market trends.
- Design and execute innovative marketing campaigns aligned with global strategies and local market needs.
- Collaborate with sales teams to provide tactical marketing support including training, promotional materials, and campaign execution.
- Analyze business data to identify opportunities for growth and improve customer engagement.
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders to gather insights and translate them into actionable strategies.
- Monitor brand performance and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Work cross-functionally to deliver impactful campaigns and ensure alignment with global strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in marketing in the pharmaceutical industry (specialty therapy).
- Strong analytical skills and experience working with business data.
- Proven ability to manage projects and deliver results.
- Master’s degree (MBA) in Marketing or Business Administration.
- Experience in multichannel marketing and digital campaigns (preferred).
- Excellent communication and organizational skills (preferred).
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage stakeholders effectively (preferred).
- Must be based in India and able to work on-site with occasional travel.
