Lead the development of visualisation tools to support communication of disease area insights (patient journeys, patient personas)
Identify and implement digital/online design solutions that improve clarity, empathy, and usability of patient-facing content
Conduct and synthesize user research to generate empathetic design insights and inform content
Develop skills in visual storytelling, stakeholder engagement, and inclusive design thinking
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of design outputs, using feedback and data to iterate and improve communication materials and user experience
Contribute to key design activities such as workshops, co-creation sessions, and validation of patient-facing materials
Support sustainability objectives to develop innovative packaging and devices that reduce environmental impact
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams within Packaging Development & Design and Drug Product Development (DPD) R&D in Ware, UK
Requirements
Currently studying an Undergraduate degree in User Experience (UX) Design or Interaction Design, Graphic Design or Communication Design, Product Design or Industrial Design, Human Factors Engineering or Ergonomics, Design Engineering or Innovation Design
Completed a minimum of 2 years of your undergraduate degree but will not have graduated at the start of your placement
Must be enrolled at a UK (United Kingdom) or ROI (Republic of Ireland) University for the duration of your placement
If you have already graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree and are currently studying a postgraduate Masters, you are not eligible for this programme
Written and spoken fluency in English
