About the role

  • QiH is a London-headquartered multi-channel marketing business (Affiliate, Paid Media, SEO, Retention, Data & Analytics)
  • Grow existing and identify new partnership opportunities; drive revenue through commercial strategy
  • Develop and proactively manage a portfolio of key partnerships
  • Review and negotiate commercial agreements to drive efficiency and scale
  • Use data-driven methodology to scale, optimise and maintain market-leading campaigns
  • Onboard new partnerships and manage communications and partnership data
  • Manage and nurture pipeline of prospects and accelerate the sales process
  • Collaborate with Business Development Representatives and wider acquisition team to deliver KPIs
  • Provide regular reporting and analysis and attend conferences and trade shows

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years previous experience
  • Committed to development and hungry to seek new learning opportunities
  • Experience in the iGaming sector and/or Affiliate marketing desirable but not essential
  • Comprehensive understanding of the digital marketing sales funnels and commercials
  • Proven ability in building relationships and a track record of closing new business
  • Structured, organised and systematic with processes but able to pivot and adapt
  • Profit focused and KPI driven
  • Highly numerate, analytical and target driven with proven ability to deliver ROI
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • First class communication and presentation skills
  • Self driven and obsessive about monitoring and driving performance
  • Proactive and thrives when working as part of a team
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
  • No ego
