About the role
- Lead Summit 2026: set the theme, curate agenda, recruit speakers and partners, and orchestrate end-to-end execution
- Design the annual events roadmap using data and ROI insights to prioritize investments and expansion into markets like the UK, Australia, and New Zealand
- Establish ROI discipline: evaluate events by lead quality, pipeline contribution, and brand impact and make investment recommendations
- Manage and mentor a Senior Events Marketing Specialist and provide clarity, feedback, and growth opportunities
- Collaborate across functions (Marketing Operations, Product Marketing, Content, Creative, Sales, Customer Success, RevOps) to align event goals with business outcomes
- Manage vendors, production, AV, venues, budgets, contracts, timelines, and logistics
- Experiment with formats, content, and engagement tactics; pilot new approaches and streamline processes
- Build playbooks, processes, and measurement frameworks to scale the events engine and demonstrate contribution to pipeline and brand visibility
- Report to the Director of Marketing and act as a strategic partner to senior leaders
Requirements
- Experience delivering B2B events end-to-end: virtual, in-person, and conferences
- Experience building or shaping event strategies and deciding where to invest
- Player-coach leadership: managing and mentoring a Senior Events Marketing Specialist while leading events
- Operational skills: managing budgets, contracts, logistics, vendors, and on-the-ground execution
- Analytical approach: experience using data to measure ROI, lead quality, and pipeline contribution
- Experience designing playbooks, processes, and measurement frameworks for events
- Cross-functional collaboration with Marketing Operations, Product Marketing, Content, Creative, Sales, and Customer Success
- Ability to curate themes, shape agendas, recruit speakers and partners
- Agility and resilience managing shifting priorities and unexpected challenges
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
