We’re seeking a people-first Manager, Client Billing Support to build and scale a best-in-class Billing Support experience for our Providers (therapists and mental health professionals) and their Clients. In this role, you’ll be a key part of our customer experience team, driving strong relationships and high CSAT scores in alignment with Grow’s mission to make quality mental healthcare accessible to all. You’ll build scalable processes, empower your team, and partner cross-functionally, including with Product and other stakeholder teams to reduce friction and deliver a seamless support experience.
What You’ll Be Doing: Lead, coach, and motivate a team of Customer Support Specialists to deliver timely, accurate, and empathetic support across phone and chat.
Own team performance metrics (tickets per day, time to response, resolution rates, CSAT, quality) and drive accountability through coaching, development, and clear growth paths.
Use data to uncover issues, spot trends, and implement process improvements.
Equip your team for success by ensuring the right tools, resources, and policies are in place.
Partner across the Support Org to remove roadblocks, align on best practices, and advocate for providers and clients with an empathy-driven approach.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Insurance Operations, Product, Legal & Compliance, and Clinical teams to uphold industry best practices, ensure HIPAA compliance, and drive efficient, accurate, and customer-focused billing support processes.
Demystify insurance concepts (e.g., copays, deductibles, coinsurance) so that customers can easily understand them while maintaining a strong understanding of Grow’s billing practices and policies. Partner with internal teams to ensure accurate, transparent communication and provide customers with clear, empathetic support throughout the billing process.

Manager, Client Billing Support

• Support and improve key workflows that keep our operations running smoothly. You\'ll help build automations using no-code tools or work closely with Engineering to bring new features to life. Your contributions will directly help us expand access to care across the country.
• Dive into data to help us make smart decisions. You\'ll assist in pulling reports, analyzing trends, and turning insights into action that supports the Insurance Operations team and other departments at Grow.
• Track and monitor the health of our operations. You\'ll learn how to own key metrics, flag when something\u2019s off, and partner with the team to troubleshoot and improve our processes.
• Collaborate across teams like Growth, Customer Support, and Technology to make sure our systems stay efficient, scalable, and patient-centered as we grow.

Operations Associate, RCM Special Projects

IT Support

• We are looking for a Senior IT Engineer to help us automate the IT processes for Grow Therapy, and who will work on workflow automation, systems integration, and scalable infrastructure improvements. You’ll be part of a remote-friendly team of six IT professionals reporting directly into the Director of IT. Your responsibilities will include:\n• Design, build, and maintain automated workflows for onboarding, offboarding, access changes, and SaaS app provisioning using Okta Workflows, Python scripts, and third-party APIs\n• Lead cross-functional automation projects by gathering requirements from IT support, Security, HR, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions that reduce toil and improve consistency and security\n• Evaluate and apply the right automation tools (e.g., scripting, low-code platforms, integration middleware, or AI-driven solutions) to solve a wide range of IT and business process challenges\n• Own technical documentation, change control submissions, and rollout planning to ensure automation is auditable, supportable, and aligned with IT governance practices. Strong project management skills are required.\n• Continuously monitor and improve automation coverage, identifying bottlenecks, system gaps, and areas where automation can unlock scalability
